MAILBOX SERVICES
If you're going to be away from home for more than 30-days, let us take care of forwarding your mail. Our mailbox services are available to clients in addition to or independent from other home watch services.
BENEFITS
BILLING
We use Zelle for Business to request payment after services have been provided. Zelle is a fast and easy way to send and receive money. It's provided by your bank and is free to use. All you have to do is look for Zelle in your bank account under the payments tab and activate it. You'll enable your email address, your phone number, or both to send or receive payments. Zelle is a third party payment system owned by a conglomeration of banks so it's secure. Our other payment options include cash or check. We will send you a Zelle payment request after each visit, weekly, or monthly depending upon the length of our engagement. Payment is due within 5-business days. TERMS OF SERVICE
We do not us a contract as our services are provided on a visit-by-visit basis. You may cancel our service at any time for any reason. By using our service you agree to abide by our Terms of Service which details what to expect and what not to expect. Our Terms of Service provides the start of good communication and good will between all parties.

BENEFITS
- Keep your same address. No need to pay a mailbox service for a PO Box or Physical Mailing address.
- Only pay for mailbox services when you use them, by the visit.
- We charge a flat fee of $25 per visit. We use a USPS priority mail flat rate envelope to forward your 1st class mail. Postage, and our time are included.
- As an example, two-week's worth of 1st class mail are placed in a priority mail envelop and sent for a $25.00 flat fee.
- No contracts. Pay by the visit.
