A Home Watch Visit is a visual inspection of your property looking for obvious issues. We conduct a visual inspection of the exterior and interior of your property on each visit, and complete other tasks that you request when you sign, up as long as those tasks can be completed within one-hour. or you agree to our Extended Visit rates that would apply. Some Clients prefer us to come and stay at their property while they are away rather than the periodic nature of our Home Watch Visits. Our House Sitting Stays generally begin at 3:00 pm on the first day and end by 11:00 am on the last day of our stay. Having a physical presence at your property is a deterrent to property theft, reduces mail forwarding, newspaper and package delivery interruptions, keeps plants alive and home systems monitored. We tailor our House Sitting Stays according to your travel schedule.

What You Can Expect
Pre-registration is free and includes a free 30-minute initial consultation in-person, via phone or Zoom. You can expect a discussion of your priorities, the development of a checklist for your property, including any additional services you want done at each visit. We will estimate the time it will take for each visit to your property. The first 60-minutes are covered at the base rate per visit. Extended visits are extra and you can view our rates on our Pricing webpage. After you have pre-registered, all you have to do to schedule home watch service is text, call, or use our Contact form. It's that easy.
When you pre-register, we'll confirm, do the initial consultation, schedule and provide the services you requested, send reports and photos as appropriate, and send a request for payment.
