PRE-REGISTER

When you pre-register, you are preparing for Martin Home Watch to be able to "keep watch while you're away" from your Amelia Island, Fernandina Beach, or Yulee property for a day, a week, a month, or for the season: ~May 1st - ~November 1st. Pre-Registration is required for both Home Watch Visits and House Sitting Stays.

There is no retainer fee, no registration fee, no change fee and no cancellation fee; just happy property owners.

​Pre-registering helps ensure that we will have all of the information we need in advance, so when you do travel, all you have to do is text, call, or use our Schedule webpage to let us know your plans, and we'll take it from there and confirm, provide the services you requested, send reports and photos as appropriate, and send a request for payment via Zelle for Business.

​Here's what is included in Pre-registration:

• Free 30-minute in-home, phone, or Zoom initial consultation.
• Meet us. Get to know us before we "keep watch while you're away."
• Creation of a customized checklist so we cover all of your priorities.
• Estimate the frequency and number of visits you'll need.
• Estimate of the time each visit will take.
• References provided upon request.
