We change furnace filters

One of the items on our checklist while conducting a home watch visit is to check the furnace filter. A dirty filter can stress your HVAC system and cause long term damage. Changing furnace filters is included in our flat-fee home watch visit. If you are going to be away from your Amelia island property for any length of time, partner with us and we will "keep watch while you're away."
